At Barons, our goal has always been simple: create a place where great grooming meets great hospitality. A space where you can relax, unwind, and leave feeling your absolute best. The following policies help us keep that experience running smoothly for everyone.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
To maintain the calm, refined environment our clients enjoy, new guests must be 13 years of age or older.
That said, loyalty means a lot to us. Clients who have been bringing their younger children to Barons will continue to be welcome. We simply ask that younger guests help us preserve the relaxing atmosphere for everyone in the shop and refrain from horseplay inside the shop.
WE ARE CASHLESS
Barons operates as a cashless establishment for the safety and convenience of our team and clients. We gladly accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash tips are always appreciated. Please note that we are unable to make change.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens. We get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours notice. Appointments can be managed easily through our mobile app, your appointment confirmation email, or by calling the shop directly.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time, as well as missed appointments, will result in a 100% service charge. With such short notice, it is often difficult for us to refill that appointment time, and this policy helps ensure our barbers are fairly compensated for the time reserved for you.
This applies to all bookings, including those made over the phone.
LATE POLICY
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment so you can check in and settle in comfortably.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if your barber’s schedule no longer allows for the full service, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and subject to the cancellation policy.
