Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Ashley specializes in clean, professional styles and fades for clients of all ages and hair types. Outside of work, she enjoys spending timed with her kids, reading and tending to her herb garden.

Ashley also holds a leadership role at Barons, overseeing business operations.

MASTER STYLIST

With over 25 years of experience, Jay brings his expertise all the way from Cuba, specializing in beard work and bald fades. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and takes pride in building personal connections with each of them.

In his free time, Jay loves staying active by working out and spending quality time with his family.

With over eight years of experience, Jordan excels in bald fades and specialty haircuts, including mohawks and mullets, with a particular passion for the classic pompadour.

She is known for her strong communication skills and her dedication to providing clients with her full attention. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading and supporting her favorite sports teams.

MASTER BARBER

Matthew is quickly rising to his full potential and is loved for his friendly, warm demeanor by his clients. His skill set is best suited for tapers, fades, and shears.

After hours, you can find him at the gym or playing with his German Shepherd, Zeppelin. While he is not suitable for long-hair cuts, he’s well-skilled with straight razor work.

SR. STYLIST

No stranger to men's grooming, Stefanya has over 10 years of experience. She specializes in clean, business cuts and prides herself on attention to detail and making her clients feel good.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her furbaby, traveling and watching movies.

A seasoned professional, Kim has over 17 years of experience, 12 of which have been primarily in men’s grooming. Her skill set makes her suitable for a variety of scissor cuts and fades.

She's also great with kids! In her free time, you can catch her playing video games or hanging out with her dogs.

STYLIST

With 37 years behind the chair, Keva brings decades of expertise and a passion for cutting and styling all hair types.

When she’s not in the shop, you’ll find her rolling strikes at the bowling alley or catching flights to her next adventure.

Not suitable for cutting flat tops.

SR. STYLIST

With over a decade of experience, Corrie brings a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand to every cut. She specializes in business styles, long hair, and beard trims—always delivering a clean, confident look.

Outside the shop, you’ll find her baking something sweet, catching live music, or spending time with her niece. Corrie and her husband, Mike, share their home with four beloved rescue pets.

SR. BARBER

With over a decade of experience, Terrell specializes in men’s grooming—from precise fades to the art of shaving. A former pro basketball player overseas, he brings that same focus and precision behind the chair. As a platform artist, he’s traveled the country showcasing his craft at major barber shows.

Not suitable for long hair.

BARBER

Rick’s been cutting and styling hair for over 20 years — fun fact: he has been apart of Barons Barbershop since day one. Whether it’s long hair, short hair, a pixie cut, or a straight razor shave, he’s all about helping his clients look and feel their best.

From growing up in the barbershop environment to being a barber now, his greatest passion is making people happy.

When he’s not in the barbershop, you’ll find him producing music or hanging out with his family.

APPRENTICE

Yvette is a rising star and apprentice with a deep love for the artistry of men’s grooming and vintage style. She aspires to master luxury services and high-touch client engagement, taking pride in creating thoughtful, memorable experiences for every client who sits in her chair.

A natural people person, Yvette brings great energy to the shop and believes grooming should feel just as good as it looks. Outside of work, she’s a coffee addict who loves movies and concerts (and fluent in Spanglish.)

SR BARBER

Elmer brings over two decades of experience to the chair, with a sharp focus on clean fades and detailed beard work. He takes pride in delivering transformative cuts that elevate both look and confidence, leaving clients feeling like their best self. Known for his precision and consistency, Elmer is best suited for short to medium styles where his craftsmanship shines. Outside the shop, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
